About the role
- Partnering with Global Account Managers to develop and execute focused account plans that reflect a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Monitoring account performance, identifying constraints, and implementing corrective actions to drive results.
- Collaborating with Hitachi Business Units to strengthen our value proposition through market insights, reference cases, and strategic documentation.
- Building and expanding player maps to understand customer decision-making environments.
- Working cross-functionally with marketing and segment teams to align on joint account activities and share success stories.
- Leading account onboarding workshops that bring the One Hitachi approach to life.
- Supporting program governance through initiative tracking, reporting, and adherence to sales operations processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in Sales & Account Management, ideally as an Account Manager, Sales Program Lead, or Sales Support Specialist.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, both internally and externally.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Analytical thinking and a talent for building strong relationships.
- Fluency in English.
