About the role

Assist in establishing a deep understanding of customer and business needs, aligning solutions with strategic goals and objectives.
Facilitate the implementation of governance/delivery operating models and ensure adherence to client satisfaction metrics.
Support team members in envisioning, developing, and delivering transformative opportunities with clients.
Collaborate with to provide leadership and strategic guidance in executing roadmaps for strategic accounts.
Serve as a support system for the Client Delivery Segment lead, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Proven experience in leadership and team management roles, preferably within client engagement or consulting environments.
Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and industry-specific knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, financial services).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence executive decision makers.
Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets and driving business growth
