About the role
- Develop and execute a global alliance strategy aligned with corporate objectives and Microsoft’s priorities.
- Define multi-year roadmap and quarterly objectives and key results for joint initiatives, including Azure, AI, and business applications.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive alignment meetings with Microsoft stakeholders.
- Identify new routes to market and create joint solutions leveraging Microsoft cloud and AI capabilities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Microsoft executives, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and industry leaders.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise technology partnerships, preferably with hyperscalers.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, M365, and Dynamics.
- Proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in joint GTM planning, co-sell execution, and alliance governance.
