About the role

  • Manage or support auditors in the delivery of audit work.
  • Contribute to the management and strategy of the Internal Audit Management Team.
  • Oversee and lead internal audits across the Hiscox Group in line with the Audit Plan.
  • Monitor overall progress of the Audit Plan in co-ordination with Audit Directors.
  • Lead complex and higher profile audits managing their successful completion from planning to reporting.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years PQE in internal audit experience
  • Experience working in insurance or similar markets
  • Risk advisory experience
  • Ability to plan and organise end-to-end audits
  • Strong people and relationship building skills
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to supervise and coach
