About the role
- Manage or support auditors in the delivery of audit work.
- Contribute to the management and strategy of the Internal Audit Management Team.
- Oversee and lead internal audits across the Hiscox Group in line with the Audit Plan.
- Monitor overall progress of the Audit Plan in co-ordination with Audit Directors.
- Lead complex and higher profile audits managing their successful completion from planning to reporting.
Requirements
- 4 or more years PQE in internal audit experience
- Experience working in insurance or similar markets
- Risk advisory experience
- Ability to plan and organise end-to-end audits
- Strong people and relationship building skills
- Excellent team working skills and ability to supervise and coach
