• Provide solutions tailored to customers' needs, develop new prospects and build customer retention
• Develop a sales territory and key accounts in line with sales targets and assigned KPI objectives
• Drive quotations and increase sales of the Gardis product range through the UK security distribution network

Channel Sales Manager – South UK

• Review Access Control and Integrated Systems tenders from end users, systems integrators, and Platinum and Gold Channel Partners across the UK.
• Work closely with the internal sales and support teams to compile tender responses, including compliance statements and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Gardis product portfolio.
• Achieve sales targets through the successful sale of Hirsch products within the defined territory.
• Liaise directly with end users where required.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with Hirsch and promote a positive image of the Company.

Electrical Engineer

• Design, develop, maintain and test printed circuit boards (PCB) using Altium Designer.
• Experience in high-voltage(1-10KV) and low-voltage PCB designs ensuring reliability and compliance with safety standards.
• Develop firmware in C/C++ for Microchip Microcontroller including peripheral drivers, communication stacks, sensor interfaces and application logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.
• Perform testing, verification, and validation of electronic components and assemblies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including schematics, bill of materials, and layout drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the design and production phases.
• Export design files in formats ready to be sent directly to electronics manufacturers.
• Liaise with electronics manufacturers regarding production issues and technical problems.

• To advise on and drive the implementation of agreed business development growth strategies and plans that reinforces, supports and drives the profitable development of the Security global business.
• To engage with and develop new customers and channel partners according to the agreed Sales strategy.
• To develop new customer acquisitions
• To drive quotes and increase sales of the Company’s products through the UK security network
• To proactively call and maintain a list of customers including Security Installation Companies, within the designated area and key personnel and ensure all customer information is kept up-to-date in the company CRM system.
• To review Perimeter solutions tenders - from End-users/systems integrators/Platinum and Gold Channel Partners within the UK
• To review High Security tenders
• To work with the internal Sales and Support teams to compile tender responses - including compliance statements and BOQ
• To develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s integrated portfolio
• To achieve sales targets through sales of Access Control products and Perimeter solutions within the defined territory
• To liaise with end users
• To ensure customer satisfaction and promote a favorable image of the Company
