About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • To advise on and drive the implementation of agreed business development growth strategies and plans that reinforces, supports and drives the profitable development of the Security global business.
  • To engage with and develop new customers and channel partners according to the agreed strategy.
  • To develop and implement an effective business development plan
  • To develop major account business, from new business acquirement to existing client retention and growth
  • To evaluate new market opportunities
  • To manage client and channel expectations
  • To identify and cultivate relationships with key industry influencers
  • To work with the internal sales and support team to compile Tender Responses - including compliance statements and BOQ
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and promote a favorable image of the Company
  • To accurately forecast budget revenues, margins and expenses and to clearly identify risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Security solutions, IT industry and Security industry knowledge.
  • Project management skills.
  • Dealer / distributor management.
  • Business to business marketing.
  • Market development – geographic or vertical.
  • Major Customer relationship management.
  • Account Management Skills.
  • Development of appropriately pitched communications.
  • Development of business growth strategies.
  • Operating in a resource constrained environment.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts

  • Willingness to learn, self-motivation
