About the role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Strategic collaboration with Executive Account Director
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding candidate status, file updates, and company-specific details
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell HireRight services
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs and provide updates
- Data preparation and presentation in client meetings and Business Reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Conduct live customer trainings as needed to ensure client success
- Monitor setup and implementation projects to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Create custom reports that provide proactive insights and actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ Years experience in account management or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Consultative problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Drug and Health Screening services
