About the role
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MES applications to ensure seamless integration with production systems and ERP platforms
- Work closely with operations, automation, and IT teams to capture requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support system upgrades, deployments, and validation activities while maintaining compliance with industry standards
- Develop dashboards, workflows, and reports to provide actionable insights for plant leadership
- Serve as a technical resource for MES-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance
- Document system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures for compliance and training purposes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline production workflows through MES enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 3+ years of hands-on MES experience within a manufacturing environment (pharma, biotech, or high-tech industries preferred)
- Strong understanding of production workflows, automation systems, and ERP integration
- Familiarity with GMP regulations, data integrity, and system validation is highly desirable
- Proficiency with SQL databases, scripting, and system configuration tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
