About the role
- Partner with BI team to support and enhance analytics across manufacturing operations
- Develop data pipelines and reporting tools delivering insights on throughput, downtime, cycle time, scrap rates, inventory, on-time delivery, backlog, and capacity analysis
- Work closely with plant managers, operations leaders, and engineering teams to provide real-time Tableau dashboards
- Build, maintain, and optimize data models integrating ERP, MES, and shop floor systems with Snowflake and ETL tools
- Lead Tableau training sessions for manufacturing and operations staff to drive data literacy and dashboard adoption
- Continuously refine BI solutions to support lean initiatives, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of BI experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Advanced Tableau experience, including manufacturing KPI dashboards and visual storytelling
- Proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, and ETL processes
- Familiarity with ERP and MES data sources is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work hands-on with operations and engineering teams
- Problem-solving mindset with experience turning raw shop-floor data into business insights
