About the role
- Manage system administration, enhancements, and daily operations of Aptean Ross ERP
- Administer and configure Aptean Ross ERP, including upgrades, patches, and user security
- Maintain and enhance custom code and ERP extensions
- Partner with end users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support daily operations
- Collaborate with third-party consultants on historical system updates and customizations
- Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for daily ERP operations
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize performance
- Document system processes, configurations, and customizations
- Collaborate with IT leadership on potential system integrations
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Ross ERP
- Quarterly travel to the Pittsburgh area (2–3 days per trip)
Requirements
- 3+ years of Aptean Ross ERP administration experience is required
- Hands-on Ross ERP configuration and customization experience required
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows in manufacturing environments is required
- Ability to travel quarterly to the Pittsburgh area (2–3 days per trip) is required
