Requirements

- Candidate must have documented experience drafting complex legal documents including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests/responses.
- Candidate must have specialized experience in employment law or consumer law litigation.
- Candidate must have verifiable experience working in California-specific legal contexts.
- Candidate must possess advanced written communication skills suitable for legal documentation.
- Candidate must be proficient in independently managing remote work environments and litigation workflows.
- Candidate must demonstrate ability to efficiently adapt and utilize existing legal templates and prior pleadings.
- Candidate must have proven skills in case management, deadline tracking, and electronic document organization.
