• Keep the team proactive: build pipelines ahead of demand, flag when a role is being sourced wrong, surface low-hanging fruit the team isn't seeing
• Drive candidate database discipline — turn LinkedIn outreach and connections into actual pipeline, not individual inbox history
• Run team rhythms: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, req kickoffs, capacity check-ins
• Set the tone for how recruiting communicates cross-departmentally, especially with Account Management
• Identify gaps in Hireframe's recruiting operations and build new best practices
• Find new sourcing channels; think about applicant marketing — how we attract candidates, not just how we screen them
• Roll up your sleeves when needed: interview candidates, review recordings, create assessments

Recruiting Manager

Business Development Rep

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Build and research prospect lists within assigned territories and target accounts
• Execute outreach sequences using established messaging and templates
• Personalize outreach when appropriate while maintaining consistent messaging
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the appropriate field sales representative
• Maintain accurate records and activity within Salesforce and Outreach
• Create and update opportunities following established sales processes
• Communicate meeting details and prospect context to Account Executives through Slack and CRM
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to continuously improve outreach efforts

Business Development Representative

Account Manager

• A portfolio of 20+ active client accounts across the US — primarily startups, founder-led businesses, and growth-stage companies
• Monthly client syncs: setting the agenda, running the call, capturing action items, uncovering future needs, and following through
• Account health: proactively monitoring engagement, identifying risk signals before they become churn
• Expansion: recognizing when a client is ready to grow and initiating those conversations
• Coordination with the recruiting team on active placements — you are the client’s point of accountability
• Data hygiene: accurate, up-to-date account data, notes, and next steps at all times
• Escalation: knowing when a situation needs leadership, and escalating clearly and early vs. fully owning your accounts and making the best decisions for both the client and Hireframe

Customer Support

• Respond to customer support inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and general account questions.
• Resolve issues involving lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments.
• Process eligible replacement and reshipment orders.
• Coordinate with shipping insurance providers to submit and track claims.
• Communicate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners through Slack to resolve order fulfillment issues, mispicks, and shipment concerns.
• Follow up with logistics and insurance partners to ensure reimbursements are received when applicable.
• Maintain detailed records of customer support cases and resolutions.
• Prepare weekly customer support reports including:
• ○ Ticket date and time
• ○ Customer issue summary
• ○ Insurance claim status
• ○ Reimbursement outcomes
• ○ Reshipment details
• ○ Customer satisfaction ratings (1–5 scale)

Customer Support Specialist

Operations

• Create, audit, and send invoices in QuickBooks
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all billing processes
• Perform monthly invoice reconciliation between QuickBooks and HubSpot
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial alignment
• Configure and maintain projects in Kantata, ensuring accurate financial data and project setup
• Review completed projects to ensure budget adherence and compliance
• Support month-end close processes, including project finalization and archiving
• Assess project requirements and support team/resource allocation for optimal execution

• Edit and post weekly 1-hour music mixes to the main YouTube channel using native material
• Create and post 2–3 reels per day to the main channel using native and sourced/reposted content
• Manage 2 burner channels: create and post 6 reels per day using reposted and sourced content
• Produce one high-quality, visually polished video essay edit per month
• Clip video essays into short-form content for YouTube Shorts and reels
• Post one video essay per week, dubbed in multiple languages, to the YouTube channel
• Post 2 reels per day of clipped native content to the channel
• Create and post content to editorial burner accounts on Instagram and X using provided templates and brand guidelines
• Maintain a cadence of 6 posts per day across 3 accounts covering news in tech, pop culture, and music
• Manage scheduling, posting, and channel operations across all assigned platforms independently
• Source and curate repostable content appropriate to each brand’s voice and audience
• Maintain consistent output quality and posting cadence without client-side oversight
• Perform other content and channel duties as assigned
