About the role
- Own top‑of‑funnel pipelines for Engineering, Product Management, Machine Learning, Applied AI, and Analytics & Data Science roles from Senior ICs through VP leaders
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role needs, calibrate profiles, build structured panels, and accelerate hiring with clear expectations and fast feedback
- Translate org roadmaps and team priorities into sourcing briefs and sequenced outreach plans; design and execute strategies across technical domains
- Proactively source and engage passive talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub/GitLab, technical forums, referrals, and open‑source communities
- Maintain talent maps and competitor intelligence; publish market insights on skills, target companies, and communities
- Track and optimize sourcing funnel conversion rates using data; deliver actionable insights that strengthen pipeline quality and hiring outcomes
- Run structured outbound campaigns (A/B messaging, sequencing), monitor response-to-screen conversion, and iterate to drive speed and quality of hires
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance recruiting processes and scalable programs across Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, and Hiring Excellence
- Mentor sourcers and recruiters, document playbooks, and contribute reusable tools that improve team performance and repeatability
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical sourcing experience, either in-house or with agency/search across Engineering, Product Management, Machine Learning, and Analytics roles
- 2+ years sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager through VP+)
- Proven track record sourcing across Engineering (full stack, backend, platform), Machine Learning, Applied AI, Product Management, and Analytics & Data Science
- Experience building top-of-funnel strategies and research approaches to uncover hidden talent pools
- Ability to leverage metrics and insights to refine strategies and tell a clear story with data
- Expertise managing pipelines end‑to‑end from identification and cultivation through long‑term nurturing
- Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn, GitHub, Gem, and others)
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms (5+ years indicated in application form)
- Strength in multitasking and prioritization in a fast‑paced environment; low‑ego collaborator aligned to company values and candidate‑experience standards
- Must indicate legal authorization to work in the U.S. or whether sponsorship is required (application asks about U.S. work authorization and sponsorship)
