About the role

  • The Sales & Marketing Business Coordinator supports Business Management, Marketing, and Sales by providing essential administrative support and operational assistance.
  • This role is responsible for managing gifting and activity programs, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and independent contractors.
  • In addition, this position supports Hawaii Marketing by assisting with Marketing logistics that help drive and support overall objectives.
  • Through accurate tracking, strong organization, and effective communication, this position plays a key role in maintaining smooth business operations and enhancing Sales & Marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
