Responsible for partnering with Production leadership to prepare, revise, implement and administer compensation arrangements designed and developed specifically for sales employees.
Incumbents in this role will serve as a key client facing partner responsible for analyzing, interpreting and messaging information for the purpose of driving change management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of at least 3 years mortgage related experience in sales compensation plan writing and design
Advanced time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects with aggressive deadlines. Proactively checking in with manager to ensure alignment
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
Ability to demonstrate excellent detail orientation, critical thinking and analytical skills
Demonstrated judgment and decision making ability
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Expert level PC skills, with an emphasis Microsoft Office Suite Word and Excel programs
