- Provides complex analytical, business, and technical support related to strategic business functions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- 6 years of work experience in analyzing IT business processes
- Demonstrated understanding of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle
- Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of risk & controls with experience identifying and fixing gaps
