About the role

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job openings
  • Utilize sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to attract qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS; provide regular updates to hiring managers on status and candidate pipelines
  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Be a face of the employer to every candidate and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation when required
  • Hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH or Kansas City, MO

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with Workday a plus
