About the role
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job openings
- Utilize sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to attract qualified candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS; provide regular updates to hiring managers on status and candidate pipelines
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract top talent
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Be a face of the employer to every candidate and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process
- Extend offers and negotiate compensation when required
- Hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH or Kansas City, MO
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience with Workday a plus
