About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to onboarding, to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic input on sourcing approaches and market insights
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to support proactive hiring
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to strengthen employer branding
- Utilize recruitment data and metrics to provide insights, track performance, and support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, People Partners, Shared Services) to ensure smooth and compliant hiring processes
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Guide and support hiring managers through recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with policies and best practices
- Identify skill gaps in partnership with managers and support implementation of training solutions
- Coordinate participation in learning programs and monitor training effectiveness
- Maintain accurate data on HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Generate HR metrics and dashboards related to hiring, turnover, engagement, and learning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist or partnership roles
- Experience working in a dynamic, matrixed, or regional structure is a plus
- HR Expertise: Talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR systems
- Relationship Building: Builds trust with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels
- Comfortable navigating change and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advocates for an inclusive and engaging employee and candidate experience
- Aligns people practices with broader business goals and long-term growth
- Experience in building and managing talent pipelines across multiple functions
- Familiarity with HR systems is an advantage
