About the role

  • Manage and evolve platform infrastructure , including building new solutions and enhancing existing ones;
  • Drive continuous improvements across processes, technologies, performance, security, and cloud cost efficiency;
  • Promote and implement automation and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort;
  • Take ownership of deliverables and incidents, including maintaining relevant documentation;
  • Mentor team members and actively share knowledge;
  • Act as a technical and behavioural role model within the team;
  • Deliver consistently with a high-performance and reliable approach;
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders;
  • Collaborate closely with development and operations teams.

Requirements

  • Experience with technologies such as Splunk, Vault, and Sensu
  • Proficiency in programming, specially in Golang, Python or Ruby
  • Strong understanding of Platform Engineering principles
  • Hands-on experience with production environments using AWS, Kubernetes/Docker, networking, Git, CI tools (e.g. Jenkins), and configuration management (Chef, Ansible)
  • Solid knowledge of Linux operations and infrastructure technologies (virtualization, storage, hardware)
