Platform Engineer

• Manage and evolve platform infrastructure , including building new solutions and enhancing existing ones;
• Drive continuous improvements across processes, technologies, performance, security, and cloud cost efficiency;
• Promote and implement automation and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort;
• Take ownership of deliverables and incidents, including maintaining relevant documentation;
• Mentor team members and actively share knowledge;
• Act as a technical and behavioural role model within the team;
• Deliver consistently with a high-performance and reliable approach;
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders;
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams.

Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain realistic load tests simulating high-traffic usage (hundreds of thousands of users) across web and backend systems
• Execute performance testing, analyse results, and define action plans with service owners
• Drive continuous improvement in performance testing practices and guide engineering teams on best practices
• Promote and implement automation and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort
• Take ownership of deliverables and contribute to capacity planning decisions
• Mentor peers and act as a role model within the team
• Ensure consistent, reliable delivery across all tasks
• Communicate test outcomes and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams
• Build deep understanding of microservices architecture and how performance issues manifest across systems.
