About the role
- Develop and own the end-to-end affiliate activation strategy to increase engagement, revenue contribution, and retention.
- Design scalable activation frameworks to move affiliates from onboarding → engagement → revenue generation → advocacy.
- Define activation KPIs and performance benchmarks aligned with company growth goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to align affiliate activation initiatives with overall GTM strategy.
- Build and optimize structured onboarding journeys for new affiliates.
- Develop training programs, toolkits, and content that enable affiliates to market and sell effectively.
- Drive campaigns and initiatives that increase affiliate participation and output. Implement incentive programs, contests, and performance-based recognition strategies.
- Own reporting on activation metrics including time-to-first-sale, active affiliate rate, revenue per affiliate, and churn.
Requirements
- 12+ years of total experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, revenue growth, or related GTM roles.
- 5+ years in a leadership or strategic program ownership role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through affiliate or partner ecosystems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
