About the role
- Write viral ad scripts and storyboard concepts; collaborate with film team to produce scroll-stopping videos
- Launch and manage paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google with a creative-first approach
- Test creative variations rapidly, identify winners, and scale effective creatives
- Manage budgets, targeting, and overall campaign execution
- Work with social managers to repurpose viral content into ads and vice versa
- Be client-facing: translate performance into clear ROI for elite clinic owners
- Build repeatable systems for ad creative ideation → production → testing and scale accounts
Requirements
- Ability to write/script viral ad scripts and storyboard concepts
- Experience directing or scripting viral videos (portfolio required)
- Proven track record of ads or viral videos you scripted/directed with 100k+ views or real conversions
- Obsessed with short-form content psychology: knowledge of hooks and conversion techniques
- Experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Creative-first mindset with strong ad creative ideation and production skills
- Ability to translate trends into high-performing ad creatives
- Experience managing budgets and targeting
- Rapid testing and iteration of creative variations
- Ability to collaborate with film teams and social managers to produce and repurpose content
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Must submit resume and a portfolio of ads or viral videos you've scripted/directed
