About the role
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, internal reporting, and tasks related to hiring and terminations.
- Build, optimize, and scale HR processes and systems to support rapid company growth.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment law across multiple states and handle relocation of international talent, including L-1 visas.
- Manage internal HR dashboards, forecasts, and analytics to guide strategic decisions.
- Partner with leadership and team members to create smooth onboarding, offboarding, and benefits experiences for employees worldwide.
- Deep expertise in Rippling to manage HR workflows efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations at a fast-growing startup or tech company.
- Expertise in payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong experience with Rippling (essential).
- Experience managing international hiring and visa processes (L-1 visas preferred).
- Ability to build HR systems and procedures from scratch to a scalable operation.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to coordinate across globally distributed teams and different time zones.
