About the role

  • Managing prospects from lead generation to closing, while positioning yourself as a trusted, consultative advisor
  • Effectively communicate HeyGen's value proposition to potential customers, generating excitement and enthusiasm about our solutions
  • Engage stakeholders across executive leadership, sales, marketing, L&D, and HR teams to drive broad HeyGen deployment across an organization
  • Continuously refine and optimize messaging to scale our outbound prospecting efforts driving the majority of new opportunities through self-sourced activities
  • Use MEDDIC or a similar framework to qualify and identify risk across all opportunities throughout the sales funnel
  • Manage all sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce)

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience selling a SaaS solution to Enterprise clients requiring a multi-threaded approach.
  • Strong end-to-end sales skills, from prospecting and discovery through close.
  • Proven success in securing new logos across new categories.
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+ and successfully navigating enterprise deals ($100k+) in complex sales cycles.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively at scale.
  • Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling methodology to address complex customer needs in enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling in or alongside AI-native or product-led environments is a plus.
  • Experience with HeyGen preferred but not required
