• Du startest in einer B2C Telesales-Kampagne. Hier rufst du Mobilfunk-Bestandskunden an und bietest ihnen attraktive Zusatzoptionen (z. B. Datenpakete) an.
• Du wechselst ins Inbound Mobilfunk Service & Sales. Dort beantwortest du Kundenanfragen und nutzt jede Chance für vertriebsorientierte Gesprächsführung.
• Du übernimmst als zentrale Anlaufstelle telefonisch eingehende Kundenanfragen und versuchst diese mit Hilfe bereitgestellter Informationen & Systeme möglichst kundenorientiert zu lösen.
• 100% Sales in jedem Kontakt : aktive Ansprache von Kunden und Angebot von Zusatzoptionen (z. B. Datenpakete)
• Inbound-Service & Sales: kompetente Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen sowie Upselling & Cross-Selling.
• Die Arbeit erfolgt im Schichtsystem Montag bis Sonntag zwischen 7.00 - 23.00 Uhr.

• You will start in a B2C telesales campaign, calling existing mobile customers and offering attractive add‑on options (e.g., data packages).
• You will switch to inbound mobile Service & Sales, where you answer customer inquiries and seize every opportunity to steer conversations toward sales.
• You act as the central contact for incoming customer calls, using the provided information and systems to resolve issues in a customer‑oriented manner.
• 100% sales focus in every contact: actively approach customers and offer add‑on options (e.g., data packages). Inbound Service & Sales: professional handling of incoming customer inquiries as well as upselling and cross‑selling.
• Work is scheduled in shifts, Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00.
