Requirements
What you’ll need- Location: You reside in an EU country (outside Germany) and have a registered business with a VAT ID.
- Customer service experience: You have previously worked as an agent or in a similar role.
- Language skills: You speak and write German at C1 or C2 level — clearly, accurately, and with a customer-focused style.
- Strong communication: Friendly manner, solution-oriented approach, and confident expression both verbally and in writing.
- Basic technical skills: You are comfortable using common tools and systems, such as CRM or ticketing systems.
- Freelancer status: You are officially registered as a freelancer and able to work within the EU.
