About the role
- Assisting in sourcing and recruiting local talent. This includes setting up interviews, participating in the interview process, and handling follow-up communication with candidates
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation to help introduce new employees to the company culture, processes, and procedures.
- Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance tasks as needed.
- Provide support in organizing and managing employee recognition programs and celebrations
- Providing administrative assistance to the HR team, such as preparing correspondence (emails, letters) and reports, managing electronic records, or assisting with general office duties.
- Completing any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the HR management team, which could vary depending on the organization's needs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an office setting or HR department is a plus
- Ability to handle personal and confidential information
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good computer/systems skills – MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook). Knowledge of HRIS and timekeeping preferred.
- Good cooperation and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail, high energy, self-motivated and self-reliant.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact well with all personality types.
