QA Engineer

• To initiate, establish, sustain, and improve methods for controlling and improving the quality and integrity of all systems, processes, and procedures related to the design and manufacturing of rubber compounds
• To review and approve daily lab testing of produced material to ensure that it meets internal and external specifications
• Develop, document, implement and validate robust corrective actions with cross-functional teams that eliminate the causes of product and process nonconformities, especially customer complaints
• Maintenance of existing ISO: 9001:2015 quality system with the focus on the HEXPOL's quality objectives
• Manage the nonconforming material process from identification through disposition
• Drive continual quality improvement focused on improved customer satisfaction, exceeding quality objectives and reducing quality costs using systematic quality and/or six sigma tools within the framework of HEXPOL's strategic initiatives
• Analyze process and test data to determine and improve process capability
• Create and develop all related documentation (warrant, MSAs, FMEA, control plans) or PPAP submission
• Represent HEXPOL during audits of the quality system by customers or third-party certification/registration agencies
• Perform internal and external audits as required to ensure compliance with ISO9001, HEXPOL and customer requirements
• Oversee the Layered Process Audit (LPA) program
• Complete GEMBA walks, for audits, identify and address issues on the manufacturing floor
• Support Purchasing in the development of our supply base and ensure all specifications are met
• Support any quality test laboratory activities including the reduction of variation in measurement systems
• Manage the location personnel in training and enforcement of quality procedures, inspection methods, quality control and other quality assurance methods
• Direct the supervision of Lab Technicians and Quality team personnel
• Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management

Quality Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and develop software applications using MSV C# 2017 (or later) utilizing internal conventions and standards to facilitate code comprehension and sharing with fellow programmers.
• Implement, test and debug support software applications.
• Maintain all code and documentation in Microsoft's Visual Source Safe version control.
• Write documentation within code, of process control applications.
• Determine project requirements in designing new programs or modifying existing ones.
• Interact with fellow IT members, fellow Associates in the design or training stages of a project, vendors if evaluating software, hardware or controls needed for a project.
• Provide training to users which may vary from production personnel to office desktop users.
• Provide phone support to fellow Associates to resolve program/training issues or supply customized process data.
• Troubleshoot program issues to discover the problem and best solution.
• Travel will be necessary to domestic or international locations in support of the above items.
• Perform any other project/task as assigned by Management.

Software Engineer II

Engineering Manager

• Manage the development and deployment of new applications, systems software, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise.
• As a working manager, design and develop software applications using MS C#, Microsoft SQL Server database and other tools to support the business.
• Manage the workload of software engineers; prioritize and execute based on business needs
• Implement, test and debug support software applications
• Maintain all code and documentation in Microsoft’s Visual Source Safe and GitKraken version control software
• Write documentation within code and process of shop floor manufacturing applications
• Determine project requirements in designing innovative programs or modifying existing programs
• Interact with fellow IT members and associates in the design or training stages of a project, vendors if evaluating software, hardware or controls needed for a project
• Provide training to users which may vary from production personnel to office desktop users

Software Development Manager

• Assisting in sourcing and recruiting local talent. This includes setting up interviews, participating in the interview process, and handling follow-up communication with candidates
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation to help introduce new employees to the company culture, processes, and procedures.
• Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance tasks as needed.
• Provide support in organizing and managing employee recognition programs and celebrations
• Providing administrative assistance to the HR team, such as preparing correspondence (emails, letters) and reports, managing electronic records, or assisting with general office duties.
• Completing any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the HR management team, which could vary depending on the organization's needs.

Human Resource Intern

Customer Support

• Manage all customer communications with speed and accuracy
• Build solid relationships with the customer base by providing order updates regularly
• Manage purchase orders from entry to completion
• Communicate any delays or order changes to the customer
• Prepare documentation of customer communications
• Coordinate with Schedulers any sudden changes or cut ins of emergency orders
• Create End of Day reports for Scheduling and Shipping departments
• Develop relationships with outside Sales Representatives concerning their customer base to better serve the customer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assisting with general accounting activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations

• Helping with month-end close activities and financial reporting tasks
• Assisting with banking, customer invoicing, and payment processing
• Supporting the Finance team during the transition to a new ERP system (IFS Cloud)

• Working closely with the General Manager on day-to-day operational initiatives and priorities
• Gaining exposure to multiple functional areas including: Safety and EHS processes, Engineering and maintenance, Production operations, Scheduling and planning, Inventory Management, Purchasing and procurement, Shipping and receiving
• Supporting cross-functional projects that impact overall plant performance
• Assisting with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Shadowing different departments to build a broad understanding of the business
