Analyst

• Partner with an external Project Manager to support the end‑to‑end implementation of UKG Time & Attendance over an 18‑month period
• Act as the primary HRIS subject matter expert for time tracking and absence requirements, translating business needs into system configuration
• Participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Support change management activities, including documentation, training materials, and end‑user support readiness
• Serve as the primary system owner for UKG Time & Attendance post go‑live, including configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Manage ongoing system audits, new feature deployments, testing cycles, and system upgrades to ensure data integrity and system performance is optimum
• Administer and maintain U.S. absence and leave plans in Workday, including configuration changes and compliance updates
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to ensure alignment with HR policies, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot complex time, absence, and leave issues, providing root‑cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
