About the role
- Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products
- Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools
- Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues
- Manages exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors
- Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes
Requirements
- First level university degree or equivalent experience required
- Typically 15 or more years of related work experience
- 0 -2 years of people management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage human capital across geographies
- Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies
