About the role
- Lead and develop a high‑performing regional team of HR Operations Advisors (ICs and Supervisors) across APJ.
- Own HR service delivery for APJ, including employee data management, HRIS administration, Contact HR coordination, onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and support for external hiring.
- Localize global standards into country‑specific processes and controls; implement and monitor process changes to improve usability.
- Drive process reengineering and simplification across APJ; identify automation and tool investments to improve efficiency.
- Ensure legal and statutory compliance across APJ jurisdictions, partnering with Legal, Payroll, and local HR.
Requirements
- First‑level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR service delivery; experience in operations or IT is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years supervisory experience; experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams and vendors across multiple countries.
- Demonstrated experience operating across APJ markets with familiarity of multiple local employment laws, statutory requirements, payroll interfaces, and cultural nuances.
- Practical experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and HR operations tooling.
