About the role
- Lead a global team across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
- Own global service strategy and delivery for large-scale HPC/AI programs
- Drive services revenue growth and industry partnerships
- Act as senior technical executive for customer engagements
- Lead transformation initiatives to integrate AI into service operations
- Collaborate closely with HPE teams to enable customer wins
Requirements
- 15+ years of technical services leadership
- Strong background in systems/services delivery; HPC experience preferred
- Proven experience managing large, global engineering/service organizations (200–500+ people)
- Success in enterprise services pricing/solution scoping for large, complex deals
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people-leadership skills
- Comfortable with ~30% travel
