About the role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, following defined account strategies and plans as part of a larger account team.
  • Sell standard digital solutions either independently or in partnership with field sales teams.
  • Develop account plans for low- to medium-complexity customers.

  • A foundational understanding of digital products, services, and industry trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive approach to relationship building—whether that’s hunting for new opportunities or nurturing existing accounts.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, with the ability to manage customer data effectively.
