About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, following defined account strategies and plans as part of a larger account team.
- Sell standard digital solutions either independently or in partnership with field sales teams.
- Develop account plans for low- to medium-complexity customers.
- Identify, generate and qualify new leads, passing them to the Inside Sales team where appropriate.
- Build and maintain a strong, targeted sales pipeline.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in IT, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 0–3 years’ relevant work experience—perfect for someone looking to build their career in sales.
- A foundational understanding of digital products, services, and industry trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach to relationship building—whether that’s hunting for new opportunities or nurturing existing accounts.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, with the ability to manage customer data effectively.
