About the role
- Build and Lead Product Marketing for Cloud Ops Suite
- Define the Cloud Ops Suite narrative and positioning — unifying messaging across observability, automation, and resilience.
- Build the GTM foundation: audience segmentation, messaging house, campaign and launch plans, and measurement frameworks.
- Develop sales enablement, proof points, and campaigns that make the value clear and repeatable for HPE sellers and partners.
- Align product, sales, and marketing teams to shared goals, customer value, and growth priorities.
- Partner closely with Product Management to translate roadmap and innovation into clear customer value propositions.
- Work with Sales leadership to define motions, plays, and enablement assets that convert awareness into revenue.
- Own the Cloud Ops Suite marketing strategy and measurable outcomes — from thought leadership and content to demand generation.
- Develop and execute launch and awareness strategies that elevate HPE’s role in the hybrid cloud and AIOps markets.
- Track and optimize marketing impact across awareness, engagement, and pipeline conversion metrics.
- Build the long-term PMM org structure to support growth across the suite.
- Codify best practices in launch execution, messaging, and sales enablement — turning early wins into repeatable systems.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software product marketing, ideally spanning observability, hybrid cloud, automation, or resilience.
- Proven success owning GTM strategy and driving measurable growth for software products or suites.
- Expertise building positioning, messaging, and enablement that accelerates awareness and sales alignment.
- Strong cross-functional leadership — can influence and align Product, Sales, and Campaign teams around shared outcomes.
- Excellent storyteller and communicator — comfortable driving clarity from complexity.
- Track record of launching high-impact campaigns and programs that connect strategy to pipeline.
- Experience at a large enterprise or scaled B2B tech company (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, SaaS) a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar strategic marketing background preferred.
