About the role
- Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams.
- Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs.
- Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects.
- Support and Deliver for the region in HPC services, including both hardware and software, for massively parallel (MPP) supercomputer systems, clusters and storage systems on a 24 X 7 Basis and willing to be on standby and available when needed.
- Support the pre-sales team in scoping & sizing the HPC services when required.
Requirements
- Must be an Expert with at least Five (3) years of service supporting complex HPC Systems and Storage.
- Must hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Must hold a valid HPC technical certification and storage system.
- Experience maintaining similar HPC equipment such as Cray EX, Cray XC40, CS500, and E 1000/2000 Storage or Cluster store in a large enterprise computer center.
- Three (3) years’ experience in High Performance Computing technologies and/or enterprise level storage systems, and/or High Performance Computing Application, depending on the intended activities or role.
- Experienced in Linux/Unix Operating systems.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, including computer related technical terminology.
- Willing to relocate the Saudi Arabia, western Region Jeddah.
