Requirements

10+ years in Technical Product Management or Systems Architecture.
Prior experience at VMware, Red Hat, Nutanix, or a Hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Deep knowledge of ESXi, KVM, and AHV.
Strong command of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container networking/storage.
Expertise in AIOps, distributed tracing, and multi-cloud monitoring.
Understanding of RPO/RTO requirements for disaster recovery and cyber-resilience.
