Drive customer adoption of modern designs including AI‑driven wired/wireless, EVPN/VXLAN, unified cloud management, and scalable routing.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmaps and deliver innovative end‑to‑end solutions.
Lead a talented Systems Engineering organization with deep expertise across networking domains.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous technical growth.
Engage with Strategic Customers and act as a senior technical leader for major enterprise customers across the West Coast.
Drive a Customer First approach focused on modernization, simplification, security, and operational outcomes.
Drive Operational Excellence and improve SE productivity, coverage, and technical program consistency across the region.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in Systems Engineering or technical architecture roles.
Deep expertise in campus networking, data center networking (EVPN/VXLAN, leaf‑spine), and enterprise routing/SD‑WAN.
Ability to build and inspire high‑performing technical teams.
Strong communication, executive presence, and strategic thinking.
Experience guiding customers through large-scale network transformations.
Formal education is valued, but real‑world experience, leadership impact, and technical depth matter most.
