About the role

Establishes strong, trusted relationships with business leaders and HR partners
Uses business knowledge to provide strategic HR support
Accountable for the execution of a wide spectrum of HR programs in client groups including organization/workforce planning, total rewards, employee engagement, and talent development
Understands HPE’s philosophy, values, and strategy to develop a high-performance workforce and coaching culture
Collaborates closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Services to ensure programs and initiatives are strategically aligned
Provides valuable support for complex organizational effectiveness projects and change initiatives
Offers input to client groups for local and global business plan priorities
Applies emotional intelligence in executive coaching to senior leaders

First-level university degree or equivalent experience preferred
Typically, 5+ years of HR experience, including consulting
In-depth knowledge of HR practices and program implementation
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, data interpretation, analysis, and insight storytelling
Excellent program management and process development skills
Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
Proficiency in data analysis.
