About the role

  • Lead and expand Large Enterprise portfolio across the Atlantic Region in Canada
  • Own and accelerate growth within strategic accounts
  • Drive new business and deepen relationships across established customer base
  • Maintain a high level of client engagement with a minimum of eight in-person meetings weekly
  • Frequent travelling by plane to attend events, partners, and clients
  • Engage resources, including BUs, marketing, SEs, and partner account managers to drive success
  • Create a consistent cadence for partner-led demand generation and call campaigns
  • Manage opportunities, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term and long-term opportunity management

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years experience on networking and/or security sales
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Referenceable track record of successful sales experience within the region
  • Strong track record of driving sales and working with channel partners in Enterprise accounts
  • Experience developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and quotes and presenting networking products
  • Broad-based technological awareness in the internetworking industry
  • Knowledge of data networking concepts, with specific skills in the area of routing and switching
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong presenter and closer with negotiation skills
  • Creative innovator who is a proactive team player
