About the role

  • Provide strategic insights and enterprise-wide perspectives to connect business strategy with people priorities.
  • Act as a primary liaison between regional leadership, central HR functions, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure HR programs reflect regional business insights.
  • Proactively refine and optimize HR service delivery to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide executive coaching and mentorship to senior leaders, offering guidance on talent management and strategic risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Typically 10–15 years of HR experience, featuring significant consulting exposure and a background in large, global IT organizations.
  • Deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy execution, and comprehensive knowledge of labour and employment laws across multiple regions.
  • A first-level university degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA or Human Resources) is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for the creation of compelling, executive-ready, data-driven presentations.
