About the role

  • Rotate across core pillars including Learning & Development, Talent & Hiring and People Operations.
  • Lead one substantial project and contribute to smaller practical initiatives.
  • Support the team with People Operations: Understand payroll fundamentals, compliance basics and the employee lifecycle.
  • Create process maps or explainer guides.
  • Shadow hiring processes, review job descriptions, analyse candidate experiences.
  • Contribute to improving the candidate journey.
  • Audit current learning resources, design a new starter learning pathway.
  • Propose a manager capability framework.
  • Pull learnings together and present final insights and recommendations to the team.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: Basic knowledge of HR, whether from a degree, coursework or personal projects.
  • Detailed Led: Comfortable auditing, reviewing and making recommendations.
  • Tone of Voice: Able to create clear documentation and present ideas.
  • Curiosity & Growth Mindset: Open to learning across multiple People & Talent areas.
  • Team Work & Collaboration: Ready to work with mentors, shadow colleagues and contribute actively to projects.
