About the role
- Rotate across core pillars including Learning & Development, Talent & Hiring and People Operations.
- Lead one substantial project and contribute to smaller practical initiatives.
- Support the team with People Operations: Understand payroll fundamentals, compliance basics and the employee lifecycle.
- Create process maps or explainer guides.
- Shadow hiring processes, review job descriptions, analyse candidate experiences.
- Contribute to improving the candidate journey.
- Audit current learning resources, design a new starter learning pathway.
- Propose a manager capability framework.
- Pull learnings together and present final insights and recommendations to the team.
Requirements
- Relevant Experience: Basic knowledge of HR, whether from a degree, coursework or personal projects.
- Detailed Led: Comfortable auditing, reviewing and making recommendations.
- Tone of Voice: Able to create clear documentation and present ideas.
- Curiosity & Growth Mindset: Open to learning across multiple People & Talent areas.
- Team Work & Collaboration: Ready to work with mentors, shadow colleagues and contribute actively to projects.
