• Rotate across core pillars including Learning & Development, Talent & Hiring and People Operations.
• Lead one substantial project and contribute to smaller practical initiatives.
• Support the team with People Operations: Understand payroll fundamentals, compliance basics and the employee lifecycle.
• Create process maps or explainer guides.
• Shadow hiring processes, review job descriptions, analyse candidate experiences.
• Contribute to improving the candidate journey.
• Audit current learning resources, design a new starter learning pathway.
• Propose a manager capability framework.
• Pull learnings together and present final insights and recommendations to the team.

• As a Full Stack Engineer (L2), you’ll be a vital part of our mission, working within our Ops Pod.
• You'll focus on the hands-on development of our web and mobile app, helping to create a fantastic, seamless and supportive experience for our customers.
