About the role
- Provide excellent account management and customer support
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned Channel Partner accounts
- Maintain and grow established accounts
- Support new business to achieve company revenue and waste volume goals
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and pricing at all locations
- Conduct profit/cost analysis of current management methods
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (required)
- 3+ years of proven successful experience in a customer service role (required)
- Experience in the hazardous waste or environmental field (preferred)
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of proven successful experience in a customer service role within the hazardous waste industry (required)
