End-to-end accountability for the entire product portfolio for SEA and driving product strategy and roadmap aligned with broader organizational strategies
Engage directly with customers, combining their input with market insight to define and prioritize product requirements
Define a comprehensive set of KPIs, monitor business performance and initiate efforts to adjust strategy and operations to ensure expected business outcomes
Provide informal/direct leadership to Product Managers and Product Owners managing products within the SEA region
Develop deep understanding of HERE’s business model and align product business cases, product strategy and roadmaps throughout product lifecycle
Contribute to commercializing innovation and improving product development practices; drive continuous operational improvement
Work closely with SEA Sales Lead and Regional Leadership Team to execute Product and Portfolio strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or related fields
15+ years relevant professional experience in technology/software industry with 6+ years in a product management role
Strong track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Ability to formulate the vision and strategy for a product portfolio within the assigned geography (SEA)
Knowledge and/or understanding of Maps and Location-Based services will be beneficial, though not mandatory
Experience in motivating and managing others by influencing, particularly other Product Managers or Product Owners
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Ability to collect relevant data and analyze it to produce recommendations and perform root-cause analysis
Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
Self-starter with ability to identify, initiate, and lead large scale projects
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to interface with all levels in HERE and customers
