About the role
- Plan, organize, review, and evaluate team activities for NVIDIA Professional Services projects.
- Optimize project workflows using high-performance computing (HPC) in data centers, efficiently prioritizing and distributing workloads across large-scale clusters.
- Undertake diverse, sophisticated tasks with significant accountability.
- Leverage advanced computing resources for complex tasks, implementing powerful HPC technologies to enhance project sophistication.
- Demonstrate effective team leadership, directing day-to-day activities while ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Oversee daily operations, optimizing data center resources and ensuring adherence to HPC guidelines.
- Provide leadership in the development and execution of critical initiatives.
- Lead initiatives that enhance HPC capabilities.
- Drive projects applying data center resources for simulation and modeling, staying abreast of HPC advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration (with a focus on IT management)
- 5+ years of management experience and 10+ overall years of experience in datacenter operations, deployments, and management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in planning and evaluating project activities.
- Effective coordination and performance supervision skills.
- Specialized task proficiency with the capability to solve intricate tasks with a sense of responsibility.
- Decision-making skills aligned with established standards and requirements.
- Independence, initiative, and discretion in responsibilities while maintaining professional-level resourcefulness.
- Commitment to excellence in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keen attention to detail and effective communication with collaborators, including other departments
- A commitment to continuous learning and adaptation while developing and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
