About the role
- Identify talent through various mediums such as job boards, LinkedIn, Glassdoor
- Carry out all pre-screening activities including technical assessment of current and past skill sets
- Prepare shortlist for submission to hiring managers
- Liaise with hiring managers to identify individual onboarding plans
Requirements
- 2 years + recruitment experience
- Understanding of software technology stacks and modern engineering practices
- Thorough understanding of ATS systems (Workday and/or Teamtailor preferable)
