About the role
- Process, review, and validate ServiceNet repair claims for dealer payment and corporate reimbursement.
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to claim amounts, invoices, or approval decisions.
- Serve as the primary contact for dealership service teams and fleet customers, answering questions and providing guidance on claim submissions and billing processes.
- Assist with ServiceNet system issues, claim escalations, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activity and support reporting needs related to outstanding payments or recurring issues.
- Maintain forecast reporting and new dealer enrollments.
- Monthly reconciliation of account standing to ensure timely payments are received.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or at least 2 years of data analyst or project/program management experience, strongly preferred.
- Experience in accounts payable, billing, or financial reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency navigating business systems; experience with ServiceNet or similar claim/service platforms is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications).
