Pharmacist

• You serve as the pharmaceutical point of contact for our nursing service partners and patients.
• You communicate with physicians to ensure the best possible patient care.
• You perform medication reviews and create or update medication plans for our patients.
• You are responsible for prescription management as well as general quality management and documentation.
• You monitor our patients' medication management together with your pharmacy team.
• You check incoming goods, liaise with our blister-packaging partner, and continuously improve internal processes.
• You support our customer support and logistics teams in further developing our processes on a daily basis.

• Du führst Medikationschecks durch und erstellst bzw. aktualisierst Medikationspläne für unsere Patienten.
• Du bist verantwortlich für das Rezeptmanagement sowie das allgemeine Qualitätsmanagement und Dokumentation.
• Du überwachst das Medikamentenmanagement unserer Patienten gemeinsam in deinem Apotheken-Team.
• Du prüfst Wareneingänge und kommunizierst mit unserem Blister-Partner und entwickelst interne Prozesse stetig weiter.
• Du unterstützt unseren Kundensupport und Logistikdienstleister täglich unsere Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.

• Neukundenakquise: Die hellomed Sales Engine unterstützt dich mit KI-gestütztem Prospecting und Outreach – du konzentrierst dich auf die Gespräche, die zählen, und treibst vielversprechende Kontakte gezielt zum Abschluss.
• Gesprächsführung & Qualifizierung: Du führst strukturierte Erstgespräche, hörst gut zu und findest heraus, welche Herausforderungen deine Gesprächspartner haben und ob hellomed die richtige Lösung für sie ist.
• Lernpfad vollständiger Vertriebszyklus: Du begleitest Produktvorstellungen, Preisverhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüsse aktiv mit – direkt an der Seite unserer erfahrenen Vertriebsmitarbeiter und Gründer. So lernst du von Tag eins, was es bedeutet, einen Kunden vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss eigenständig zu führen.
• Kontaktpflege & Weiterentwicklung: Du pflegst deine Kontakte strukturiert in unserem CRM-System und bringst deine Erkenntnisse aus dem Markt aktiv in die Verbesserung unserer Vertriebsprozesse ein.

• New customer acquisition: You identify potential care providers and proactively reach out to them — by phone and via video.
• Conversation management & qualification: You conduct structured initial calls, listen attentively and uncover the challenges your contacts are facing.
• Learning path through the full sales cycle: You actively support product presentations, price negotiations and contract signings — working directly alongside our experienced sales team.
• Contact maintenance & continuous improvement: You keep your contacts organized in our CRM system and actively contribute market insights to improve our sales processes.
