About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You serve as the pharmaceutical point of contact for our nursing service partners and patients.
- You communicate with physicians to ensure the best possible patient care.
- You perform medication reviews and create or update medication plans for our patients.
- You are responsible for prescription management as well as general quality management and documentation.
- You monitor our patients' medication management together with your pharmacy team.
- You check incoming goods, liaise with our blister-packaging partner, and continuously improve internal processes.
- You support our customer support and logistics teams in further developing our processes on a daily basis.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a degree in pharmacy and either have German Approbation (license to practice) or are about to receive it.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a community (officine) pharmacy.
- Experience working with nursing staff or with patient-specific blister packaging is an advantage.
- You enjoy and are interested in everyday pharmacy work (advising patients and caregivers, creating and maintaining medication plans, etc.).
- You are motivated to take on diverse and new (current) areas of responsibility and want to develop professionally and shape new topics independently.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and communicative team.
- You are fluent in German; English is a plus.
