About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the pharmaceutical point of contact for our nursing service partners and patients.
- You communicate with physicians to ensure the best possible patient care.
- You perform medication reviews and create or update medication plans for our patients.
- You are responsible for prescription management as well as general quality management and documentation.
- You monitor our patients' medication management together with your pharmacy team.
- You check incoming goods, liaise with our blister-packing partner, and continuously improve internal processes.
- You support our customer support team and logistics provider in the ongoing development of our processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a degree in pharmacy and are a licensed pharmacist with German Approbation, or you are about to obtain it.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a community pharmacy.
- Experience working with nursing staff or in patient-specific blister packing is an advantage.
- You enjoy and take interest in everyday pharmacy work (advising patients and caregivers, creating and managing medication plans, etc.).
- You are motivated to take on diverse and new (current) areas of responsibility, want to develop further, and independently shape new topics.
- You are eager to work in a dynamic and communicative team.
- You speak fluent German; English is a plus.
